ABOUT ME

My main assets as a realtor stem from the foundation of trust, honesty and respect. My commitment in all business relationships and transactions is essentially the Golden Rule, to treat others the wat I would want to be treated.

I have been on the front lines when it comes to negotiating deals for my clients; always looking out for their best interests. Throughout the years, I have refined this process and become an effective problem solver.

MY APPROACH

There are so many moving parts to buying and selling a home, my goal is to mitigate the stress involved as much as possible. From staging, to market analysis, and negotiations, I have the abilities to help make the entire process not only successful but also enjoyable.

I pride myself on my ability to close deals while meeting the standard of my clients and have successfully closed all deals I have had the privilege of working on. I have never had a deal not close. The formula is rooted in my overarching knowledge in Real Estate as well as my interpersonal skills which aid in all negotiations.

MY EXPERIENCE

The closing of 2020 has marked 30 years of my involvement in the Real Estate Profession in the Region of Waterloo. Since 1990, I have been exposed to the different fluctuations of the market, which over time, has provided me with the knowledge necessary to understand the dynamics of the changing environment around Real Estate. This directly impacts the value I provide to clients, both on the listing and buying side of a transaction.

I studied Business at Humber College and later worked in Management & Sales for 16 years at a computer and electronic company based in the Kitchener/Waterloo Region. We worked with many small and large vendors locally, which initiated my interest in providing Real Estate services to the public in the Region of Waterloo.
