ABOUT ME

The year 2020 marks 30 years in the Real Estate profession in the Region of Waterloo. I have experienced every type of market high’s and lows from 1990 to present day. My number one iron clad commitment is to ALWAYS treat people with the way I would want to be treated with Trust Honesty and Respect.

MY APPROACH

The experience I have gained throughout my career is knowledge I bring to the table, whether it be buying or selling,There are Hundreds of real life transactions that I have personally negotiated. I HAVE BECOME A PROBLEM SOLVER. From getting the financing right to addressing the little things IN A HOME that can make a successful SALE OF A HOME. Whether it be how to market a home or negotiate a purchase or sale of a home and bringing those little things that make the difference between a successful transaction from the initial negotiation. I HAVE NEVER HAD A DEAL THAT DID NOT CLOSE. My deals always close!

MY EXPERIENCE

My background is a 2 year Business Diploma from Humber College and 16 years Computer and Electronic Sales and Management dealing locally with the many large and small businesses in the high tech field in Region of Waterloo and large international supplies of electronic hardware and software prior to my real estate career.
